Natalie Dormer
was born on 11 February 1982. She is an English actress. Her accolades include
winning an Empire Award, and receiving nominations for a Critics' Choice Award
and two Gemini Awards and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. Dormer was born in
Reading (Berkshire) and made her TV debut as Anne Boleyn on the Showtime series
The Tudors. This role earned her widespread praise. Her stage debut was in the
show Sweet Nothings (2010). She also appeared in the Sweet Nothings (2010) and
was the Duchess in York in Madonna's movie W.E. (2011), Private Lorraine in
Captain America The First Avenger (2011). After Miss Julie (2012) at the Young
Vic, was highly applauded. Dormer earned international attention and praise for
her role as Margaery Tyrell in the HBO series Game of Thrones (2012-2016) and
Cressida in the final two episodes of The Hunger Games franchise (2014-2015)
These are the highest-grossing of her films. She also played the role of Irene
adler/Moriarty in the CBS series Elementary (2013-15), Sara Price Jess Price
(2016, 2017) and Onica in The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance (2019). Her
performance was praised for her leading role in the miniseries Penny Dreadful:
City of Angels (2020). Dormer was born 11 February 1982 in Reading, Berkshire
(England), as the daughter of Gary Dormer & Claire Richards. She is
also the younger sister of Samantha Dormer and Mark Dormer.
